The successful candidate will be able think on his or her feet and thrive in a fast-paced environment, where juggling multiple deliverables and deadlines is routine.
The operations manager:
o Coordinates all day-to-day operations functions
o Balances production deadlines to ensure timeliness of deliverables
o Compiles and presents to management weekly operations status reports
o Develops, maintains, and documents all internal operations processes and procedures
Required skills and qualifications include:
o 3 years applicable operations experience
o Ability to perform effectively with minimal supervision
o Strong writing skills
o Bachelors or masters degree preferred
